Weld

Professional aluminum welding shapes the sturdy framework of outdoor furniture. Skilled welders join precision-cut aluminum profiles carefully, delivering solid, smooth joints that promise excellent structural durability for long-term outdoor use.

Polish

Fine grinding is carried out on welding seams of aluminum frames. We polish weld joints meticulously to remove burrs and uneven marks, creating smooth surfaces while maintaining structural integrity, laying a good base for the subsequent coating process.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating serves as the protective and decorative finish for aluminum frames. Electrostatic powder is evenly applied and cured at high temperature, forming a tough, weatherproof coating that guards the frame against rust, UV rays and outdoor abrasion.

Weaving

Weaving brings unique texture to our furniture. Premium weather-resistant ropes or PE rattan are woven by hand following custom patterns, creating comfortable, artistic surfaces while retaining excellent outdoor durability.

Packing

Packing secures our finished furniture for safe delivery. Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed with protective materials to prevent scratches and damage during long-distance transit, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
